Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Högni Freyr Gunnarsson for using Padelo at padelo.tech. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

The service

Padelo lets players record padel matches, confirm results, and track Elo ratings and levels. It is provided as-is, without a paid subscription today. Features can change.

Your account

• You must be at least 16.
• You are responsible for the email and password, or Google/Apple login, you use.
• Give accurate onboarding answers. Starting Elo is an estimate. Your level is hidden until you have played 10 sets.
• Do not create fake players, fake matches, or harass anyone on the site.

Matches and Elo

You and the other team confirm match scores. Elo is calculated per set from those scores. Rankings are competitive but unofficial. We may correct obvious errors, reverse Elo, or remove matches or accounts that break these terms.

Content

You keep rights in your name and the match data you submit. You give us permission to show that information on Padelo so rankings and match history work. Do not post anything illegal or that you do not have the right to share.

Availability

We try to keep Padelo running but do not guarantee uptime. We are not liable for lost rating, lost matches, or being unable to play because the site is down. To the extent Icelandic law allows, Padelo is provided without warranties.

Termination

You can stop using Padelo at any time and can ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or delete accounts that abuse the product or other players.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Iceland. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies.
